Beanventory has three main dashboard sections. Every section focuses on one aspect of your roastery.
The first thing you are going to see when you log into Beanventory is the main dashboard. In this dashboard you can see the tasks at hand for the day.
As you work through your fulfilment these cards will turn from red (if there is work to do) to green (all done in that particular area).
In the planning overview you can see two dashboards.
Your roasteries green stock over time in your roastery. Hovering over the chart shows you the stock of each bean on that given day.
This dashboard shows you the value of your greens in your roastery as well as the greens you have stored in your warehouses. Hovering over the chart will show you the contracted value of each bean in their respective location.
Under these two dashboards you will see a projection of when you’ll run out of greens. In order to see the projections you’ll have to have worked with the system for some time (so it learns from your usage patterns).
In the production overview you’ll see the number of batches and amount (in your weight unit) of coffee you have roasted over time.
