Production Planning

In Beanventory we’ve separated your production plan into separate sections (categories, product lines and products) to help you organise your production.

Categories

Product categories refer to broad groupings or classifications of products based on shared characteristics. An example of categories could be “espresso” and “filter”, but you can add as many categories as you like/need.

Hot tip You can create a category specifically for all your white labelled products

Product Lines

A product line consists of a group of related coffee products that share similar characteristics or target specific customer segments. Product lines allow you to offer a range of options within a category to cater to different preferences and needs. A single Product Line is a pipeline of products.

Products

A product is the product (coffee) you sell to your customers. When defining a product you’ll have to consider the ingredients that go into that coffee, availabilities (maybe it’s just for that special customer) and prices.
